Amanda Davis, Senior Consultant: Amanda Davis brings to a wide range of experience in: Managing and conducting internal control assessments Identifying deficiencies and implementing improvements in controls Developing policies and procedures Identifying and correcting documentation risks Performing financial risk assessments and recommending risk mitigation plans Amanda has over 20 years of corporate experience in banking and insurance, working with companies across almost every industry. She has supported a wide variety of projects including, but not limited to:: Director of Internal Control activities for a large insurance company Advisor to Executive Management on financial and credit risks Collaborated with financially troubled, corporate borrowers to successful resolution during adverse situations Assessed operational restructure plans to determine a company's viability. Assisted bankrupt publicly held companies in restructuring their debts Senior Credit Officer for a large regional commercial bank Amanda's education includes a B.A. in Psychology and an M.B.A. in Finance. Amanda spends her free time with her family, which includes three school-aged children and a variety of pets. She enjoys swimming, biking, traveling, and the arts.
