Maury Golshan, Senior Consultant: Maury brings a wide range of experience in: Developing and documenting systems and procedures Training Project management Maury has 28 years of commercial insurance experience and has done a multitude of projects involving the operation of commercial insurance companies and agency offices, which include, but are not limited to:: Designing a General Liability policy issuance program Developing training programs for insurance company systems (claims, reinsurance, policy issuance) Conducting training on workflows and automated systems Developing databases to track and produce reports Designing Excel based worksheets for direct premium and reinsurance premium development Developing due diligence and audit procedures Managing operational employees responsible for policy issuance, loss control, premium audit, and claims Maury’s education includes University of Texas at Dallas (UTD) – Political Science major with an emphasis in Law; Advanced Microsoft Access, Deming TQM Seminar, Fundamentals of Reinsurance, General Program of Insurance, Leadership Development, and the National Panel of Consumer Arbitrators. Maury is involved with her grandchildren, is Coordinator of Early Childhood Catechesis at her church, and enjoys running and reading.
