Monthly Retainer for Operations Consulting: A package offered by  's Small Business Division    offers this package for the small business that can benefit from ongoing support. Examples of the types of support provided include: Further evaluation of tasks and/or functions that need to improve how they are done. Identification of training/development needs of staff. Recommendations on documentation needs and proposed solution. Implementation of recommendations made during the Baseline Study or Baseline Study Plus. can help the  small business  create, improve, or  repair the company so that it works, faster, smarter, and  better.   Scope: Ongoing on-site and phone/   e-mail support provided to a company that needs operational direction on the day-to-day business of the company. The Consultant will act as the Operations/ Administration Director on behalf of the client. Requires a minimum six-month commitment.   Baseline Study and  Baseline Study Plus are other packages available.   Additional a la carte services are available: Specific Function Study Documenting a Specific Process/Policy/Procedure/ User Documentation/ Systems Specifications Implementation Support   (Recommend completing the Baseline or Baseline Study Plus prior to  utilizing these additional  a la carte services.)   Includes: Jointly agreed upon hours on-site to provide ongoing direction and guidance on areas/functions/  tasks, as identified by ,  and/or Client. On-site support can be negotiated from 2 to 3 hours monthly to extensive on-site support. Plus, includes unlimited telephone/e-mail support monthly to discuss issues that arise. In some cases, an additional fee may be applicable if additional work effort by an consultant  is needed.
