Baseline Study

Scope:	A high-level review of routine, typical tasks performed within the company.	Baseline Study Plus is another package available. Additional a la carte services are available: Specific Function Study Monthly Retainer for Operations Consulting Documenting a Specific Process/Policy/Procedure/ User Documentation / Systems Specifications Implementation Support (Recommend completing the Baseline or Baseline Study Plus prior to utilizing these additional a la carte services.)

Includes:	Only two (2) to three (3) hours of your (or your staff's) time for to perform a baseline evaluation of the tasks within the following *existing* functions/areas: Accounting/Finance Equipment/Hardware/ Software Management Files and Filing Job Management Lead/Customer Relations Mail and Communication Supplies In *addition,* two (2) hours of telephone/e-mail support are included for 60 days after Baseline Study.

From Findings:	will provide some suggested “quick-fixes” that will improve efficiency, effectiveness, quality, and create cost reductions. These recommendations will be available within one (1) week of our evaluation.
