Specific Function Study: A package offered by  's Small Business Division    offers this package for the small business that recognizes there are some improvements needed in a specific function/area. A function/area is defined as a series of tasks that a small business performs to support its Clients. (Examples: Accounting, Lead/Customer Relations, Job Management, etc.) can help the  small business  create, improve, or  repair the company so that it works, faster, smarter, and  better. Scope: An evaluation of a specific function/area within the small business that isn't performing efficiently.   Baseline Study and Baseline Study Plus are other packages available.   Additional a la carte services are available: Monthly Retainer for Operations Consulting Documenting a Specific Process/Policy/Procedure/ User Documentation/ Systems Specifications Implementation Support   (Recommend completing the Baseline or Baseline Study Plus prior to utilizing these additional  a la carte services.)   Includes: Only one half-day (approximately 4 to 5 hours) of your (or your staff's) time for to evaluate the specific function/area requiring improvements. Plus, five (5) hours of telephone/e-mail support 60 days after study. - Or - Two (2) hours on-site to support the implementation of the proposed improvements. (A more detailed assessment may also be purchased.)    From Findings: will provide some suggested improvements to streamline tasks within the specific function that will enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and quality.
