As we continue our discussion on the value of using Doable, Chewable Chunks® to tackle a big project, here are some tips:
- First, identify the universe of what needs to be accomplished – this is the big, audacious project that seems overwhelming to take on
- Then, define what should and could be accomplished within a 4 – 6 month timeframe – this is the “low, hanging fruit” and/or those tasks that will provide more immediate results
- Ensure that you carve out a deliverable at the end of this 4 – 6 months – in other words, ensure that you can accomplish what you set out to do during this timeframe
This is the foundation and initial steps in implementing Doable, Chewable Chunks®. Need help? Contact Charlene Aldridge at 972.447.9787 or CharleneAldridge@aldridgekerr.com to discuss how we can assist you with implementing this methodology.
