Escalation and Management Oversight

We at Aldridge Kerr have implemented a simple method to assist in the management oversight of our organization. It is a clearly defined escalation process in which issues that require management involvement are brought to Management’s attention so they can be resolved.

In some situations, minor issues that are not escalated become major problems. So incorporating an escalation process into management oversight encourages problem resolution more quickly and easily. Additionally, empowering Staff to resolve issues, eliminating the need to require management involvement, is an important factor with the success of the escalation process.
