Cause and Effect

In our most recent newsletter, we began our discussion regarding what is needed to build operational effectiveness within your organization. This will be the theme for 2018 in both Aldridge Kerr’s newsletters and our blogs.

As we will look at those building blocks this year, we will provide hints for what blocks will provide the biggest impact and what will be the outcome if they are implemented. It is a basic cause and effect. If a building block is laid, there are direct results that should be realized.

For example, by providing clear leadership (the focus of February’s newsletter), this will reap results: clarity on mission, vision, and objectives; a defined culture based on this clarity; expectations understood throughout the organization, etc. Creating clear leadership (the action/cause) creates defined results (effect).

We look forward to providing some direction on the cause and effects of build operational effectiveness within your organization in 2018. Contact Charlene Aldridge at 972.447.9787 or to discuss how we can assist you.
