A Firm Foundation

Building blocks are all about creating a firm foundation. If you want to build a house, you define what the house will look like, resulting in a blueprint. Then, to build that house, you start with the foundation and build it from there.

It is impossible to add built-in shelving in the house until the framework, wiring, plumbing, (etc) have been laid into place. This applies also to an organization. There are specific foundational tasks that need to be completed before an organization can most effectively stand.

This is our focus in 2018: the Building Blocks for Operational Effectiveness. We hope you’ll come along with us in these discussions by signing up for our newsletter.
